Steve Eggers — Managing Director

Steve has been involved in this industry for over twenty years and has extensive experience in the sheet metal and steel engineering industry, including substantial personal trade experience with pipe systems. Steve is a qualified sheet metal worker and welder.

He has extensive experience in both the domestic and commercial/industrial water tank market. Steve plays an integral part in the design, manufacture and preparation of materials and equipment.

Sharn Van Der Lean — Financial Controller

In excess of 20 years experience in the manufacturing sector, offering senior accounting and management skills to leading Western Australian organisations.

Strong financial management is an integral component in the overall management of Steelfab Water Solutions.

Kelvin Turner—Commercial Projects Manager


Kelvin has been involved in the industry for more than twenty years. In that time he has spent a substantial period both on site and working in the design of new and innovative products and systems.
His key rolls are:
business generation;
product and system design;
costing and tender preparation; and
overall management of the projects through to completion.

Kelvin reports directly to Steve Eggers.

Greg Barnes — Domestic Sales Manager

Greg has thirty years experience in retail management and business proprietorship with extensive experience in the transport industry
He has a depth of IT industry experience and a thorough understanding of all aspects of successful business management.

Greg’s business philosophy is a perfect match with Steelfab’s—ethical, honest and above board at all times.

Terry Hall - Marketing Manager

Terry’s experience in the water tank industry has been on-going since 1994, where he worked as National sales manager of another water tank company.  He was coordinator and co-founder of the West Australian Farmers Federation Exhibitors Auctions at the Dowerin, Newdegate and Minginew field days, helping support WA farming families during the 1997 drought.
 
Terry is responsible for;
 
Helping Australian Schools obtain water tanks under the Federal Government Green Voucher scheme. Company Agents and Advertising and Field day promotions.
