Management Team

Steve Eggers—Managing Director
Steve has been involved in this industry for over twenty years and has extensive experience in the sheet metal and steel engineering industry, including substantial personal trade experience with pipe systems. Steve is a qualified sheet metal worker and welder.

He has extensive experience in both the domestic and commercial/industrial water tank market. Steve plays an integral part in the design, manufacture and preparation of materials and equipment.

Sharn van der Laan—Financial Controller
In excess of 20 years experience in the manufacturing sector, offering senior accounting and management skills to leading Western Australian organisations.

Strong financial management is an integral component in the overall management of Steelfab Water Solutions.

Kelvin Turner (consultant) — Commercial Project Manager
Kelvin has been a driving force in the water tank industry for over 21 years and specialises in the design and implementation of projects for potable water storage, waste water storage, fire water storage, waste water treatment tanks, rain water harvesting systems and many other facets of the water industry.

Kelvin’s unique knowledge of the water tank industry allows Steelfab to offer project specific tank systems that allow the client to achieve their desired project outcomes rather than the traditional approach where clients must try to “force fit” standard off the shelf water tank products. Client requirements are stringently followed

His key roles are:
business generation;
product and system design;
costing and tender preparation; and
overall management of the projects through to completion.
Kelvin reports directly to Steve Eggers.

Greg Barnes—Domestic Sales Manager
Greg has more than thirty years experience in retail management and business proprietorship. He has a depth of IT industry experience and a thorough understanding of all aspects of successful business management.

Greg’s business philosophy is a perfect match with Steelfab’s, - ethical, honest and above board at all times.

Colin Ovens—Workshop Manager
Colin is a qualified sheet metal worker with substantial experience in specialized steel engineering and stainless steel and aluminium welding techniques.

Colin has a team of tradesmen and apprentices that perform the component manufacturing for our projects.

Our workshop operates within strict quality guidelines to ensure that all components are manufactured to the exact requirements of the project or to specific design criteria.

Liner Production Department

Aadiel Alexander – Liner Production Manager
Aadiel has enormous experience in the industry as a liner membranes welder and manufacturer. He is directly involved in the design of new lining systems and methods to improve the overall product supplied to each project.

Jonathan Joson, MIEAust – Engineering & Construction Manager

Jojo is a professional engineer with extensive experience in the design and construction of all sorts of tanks(sealed, bolted and welded) used for potable and wastewater and other sorts of media. Water systems design & construction and development of new product lines for both local and export markets, are some of the responsibilities to which Jojo brings his expertise.

Bhushan Khale – Engineer

Bhushan has extensive engineering experience within Industry and was a University Engineering Lecturer. He has the professional experience of Engineering Softwares such as ProE and ANSYS
